About Danielle Lemons, Vice President of Operations at DirecTech Connect

I’m Danielle Lemons, Vice President of Operations at DirecTech Connect, a Nashville company that provides business phone systems, managed IT services, websites and digital marketing. I joined DirecTech Connect in November 2024. Day to day, I oversee our managed VoIP and telecommunications services, managed IT for small and medium-sized businesses, and the delivery of client projects.

My career started in the Army National Guard, where I served as an explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) specialist. I went on to spend nine years at Avnet Technology Solutions, rising to Customer Operations Manager, where I was responsible for forecasting $1 billion in annual revenue. Later I led technical project delivery at Tragic Media in San Diego, then served as Project Management Operations Director and Senior Manager of Small and Medium Business Services at Blattner Tech Digital Agency in Nashville.

I live in White House, Tennessee, and I write practical articles for small business owners about phones, managed IT, websites and running daily operations. This blog collects them in one place.
